“CLEAN & BASIC”

“This is an older property and could use some updating. With that said the room was very clean. The owners that run the place are extremely nice. Unlike some luxury hotels the room was made up every day with fresh towels. If you want a luxury spa environment this is probably not the place. But for a clean nice safe place to stay I strongly recommend! I have stayed here before and will return in the future. ”

“The space was very nice for the two of us. Sanger did a nice job preparing the hot tub - which was a nice touch for our stay. The community is nice and quiet. The only thing that would have made it nicer was to have a small stove. All in all it was a nice getaway.”

“Clean, comfortable, well furnished home. Great porch and fire pit. Beautiful scenery and views of the lake. Lots of nature and wildlife to view as well. Really enjoyed the stay!”

“We loved the bubble! Romantic and fun at the same time. Yes it was hot in the daytime, which is expected in the summer, but it couldn’t have been more perfect at night and in the morning. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Nearby wineries are also incredible. ”

“Oh my goodness, the area was beautiful. Nature at its finest! We loved the doggies and took carrots and apples to feed the horse and the donkey. Very cozy cabin with comfortable bedding. We went into St. Jo downtown to see the museum and shop. We also ate at Nocona Brewery and a steakhouse next to a gas station in Montague. The wineries were fantastic as well! It was a fantastic girls getaway!!”

“Marty was a great host! He was responsive and helpful with information about tge local diner, which was a great brunch on our way out of town! This house is beautiful and quite comfortable! We're planning to come back again to enjoy the country and hopeful a dip in the lake!”

“We stayed in the Starman Bubble Hut to attend a concert in St. Jo. The place was amazing! It was a little warm when we arrived as the owner stated. We hung out outside for a little while and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. When the sun went behind the trees, the hut cooled off quickly! The AC worked well overnight and was very comfortable! The stars were amazing to look at while laying in bed! The next day we drove around the property and checked out a few of the other units! We are……
